Bill Kozar has been designing and building architectural projects since the early 1970's. Initially from Kalamazoo, after college he spent eighteen years in central Arizona. In Arizona, through a wide range of projects, he gained the expertise to be a professional in his field. In 1993 he returned to Kalamazoo. There, he now follows his passion for building and continues to expand both his sense of architecture and his technical knowledge. Through the years, Bill has developed a style that blends the soft lines of the Southwest with the scale and details of Arts and Crafts. Add a few rooms that don’t have exactly four walls, a few odd angles, an alcove or a niche and you are entering a space that is distinctively Bill Kozar.
